There are a few great hotel options that are located near the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure. You can easily walk from your hotel room to the free Disney parking shuttle.
This free Disney shuttle will take you right to the Downtown Disney district. It will be a short walk to the Disneyland parks.

Mickey and Friends Parking Structure Hotels
We have stayed at the Holiday Inn and Suites Anaheim many times and loved it! It is easy to walk to the parking structure. From here we were able to get a ride on the tram and ride a short distance to the Disney theme parks.
Toy Story Parking Area Hotels (Located Near The Convention Center)
The Toy Story Parking lot is near the convention center. The convention center is closer to Disney California Adventure Park.
You can jump on a free shuttle bus to Disneyland instead of walking. Although, walking is an option as these hotels are about 1 mile from the park entrance.
These hotels are still some of the closest hotels to Disney but also offer free shuttle service provided by Disney.
There are a lot of really good hotel choices with outdoor swimming pool options, water slides, hot tub options, bunk beds, free parking, laundry facilities, and fitness center options. Some have free breakfast and onsite restaurant options.
These are not official Disney hotels but some cost more than you would want to spend if you are on a budget. The prices of off-property hotels are always changing depending on the season. Your best bet is to look and compare.

I stayed at the Sheraton Four Points on my last trip because the prices are always great at this location. It is a convenient location for a hotel within walking distance of Disneyland parks. We didn’t want to walk all the time so we tried out the ART – Anaheim Resort Transit to save on a little walking.
A lot of these hotels are less than a 1 mile away from Disneyland which gives you the option to walk to the park or take a shuttle.
We have also stayed at many of the convention center hotels and love that you can walk or pay for the shuttle.

Where Does the ART Busses Drop Off and Pick Up at Disneyland?
There are lots of routes around Disneyland. Many of them have stops near the same hotels. I am going to list some of the best routes with lots of hotels stops.
The art bus stops are very close to the hotels so you can walk out of your hotel and be at a stop very quickly.
Disneyland Way Route
A lot of the hotels on this route are so close to Disneyland you do not need to take a bus. Some are right across the street while the rest are less than a mile a way. The Clementine St. Line follows the same path but has less stops.

Garden Grove Route and Harbor Blvd
Harbor Blvd makes more stops than the Garden Grove Route but it follows a similar route.
Grand Plaza Way does a similar path but stops at the convention center hotels.

How Do You Use the Art Bus In Anahiem
The first thing you will do is download the App.
The app will allow you to see the routes and know the times of arrivals and departures. Most buses run in the morning and then again later in the night.
My Experience
It is super easy to purchase a bus pass. You simply download the A-way WeGo app. You can purchase your tickets through the app. You will show the driver as you board.
We were able to get to and from the park without a problem. My only advice is to pick the right bus. Look at the routes. Some buses have tons of stops and others go directly to your hotel with minimal stops.
Mid Day Bus Pick Up
If you want to go back to your hotel during the day. There is a special app that you can request a pick-up. We tried this and it was not very reliable. We were able to go back and rest in the middle of the day but it was not easy.
