Awesome, you are in the right spot! We recently went on a 7-day cruise on the Allure of the Seas. It was so much fun!
In this post, I am going to list out all of the fun activities on Allure of the Seas. I will list the Allure of the Seas entertainment options, Allure of the Seas attractions, Allure of the Seas shows, and the Allure of the Seas shops. Basically, all of the fun things to do on the Allure of the Seas.
The longer your cruise the more options you will have. I am also going to give you some important Allure of the Seas tips that will help you plan each of the Allure of the Seas activities.

Best Things to Do on Allure of the Seas
We love the Allure of the Seas! We actually planned a family reunion with my entire family. There were 22 of us!
We had a blast! We had parents, siblings, and a whole lot of cousins ranging from ages 8-23. The activities on Allure of the Seas were perfect for all ages involved. Royal Caribbean is very family-friendly!

1. Main Pools on Allure of the Seas
The main pools on the Allure of the Seas are located on deck 15. This is a beautiful outdoor area with bright colors and lots of lounge chairs.
How Many Pools are on the Allure of the Seas?
There are 3 main pools. The pools are not huge but what I found if one was too crowded, you could always check the others!
Allure of the Seas Tips
The two main pools that are located right next to each other are not the same. Wait, what does that mean?! Well, one is filled with salt water and one is chlorinated.
I was not a big fan of the salt water pool!
Does Allure of the Seas have Water Slides?
No, I was shocked! I had been on Oasis of the Seas, Allure’s sister ship and they had them but Allure did not!
Does Allure of the Seas have a Lazy River?
No, I wish! I do not think any of the Royal Caribbean ships have a lazy river! They do have a small whirlpool, that is really fun.
2. H2O Zone Water Park
The kid zone is awesome! Despite not having water slides it is still a lot of fun! I love that Royal Caribbean has so many family-friendly activities on Allure of the Seas.
Our Experience
One of the best things to do on Allure of the Seas is to go in the whirlpool. It is located in the H2O zone but you don’t have to be a kid to try it out. It is a strong whirlpool with a lot of power. It is fun!
The younger kids in our group loved playing at the H2O water park. There are water guns and a kid-sized pool.
I like that there were hot tubs for parents to chill out in while the kids played.
3. Royal Caribbean Solarium
The Royal Caribbean Solarium is offered on most of its ships. It is an area where only those 16 and older can relax.
There are a few nice things to do in the Allure of the Seas Solarium. Besides it being a really beautiful area to relax in lounge chairs overlooking the ocean, you can sunbathe and enjoy the hot tubs.
Our Experience
This is a great area to get to know some new people. We were able to chat with lots of cruisers from all over. I hung out with my nieces and daughter in the beautiful hot tubs and had a fabulous time enjoying the Solarium!
4. Flo Rider on Allure of the Seas
One of the best things to do on Allure of the Seas is the Flo Rider!
There are two Flo Riders on each side of the back deck. What is nice is there are actually two lines for each Flo Rider so two people can go at the same time. There is a barrier down the middle of the Flo Rider.
Safety Disclosure
You will have to fill out a safety disclosure before you ride. They will give you a bracelet that will allow you to ride. This is a free thing to do on Allure of the Seas.
Surf Lessons
If you want to take surf lessons you can sign up before your cruise. (These lessons fill up fast!) This does cost extra money. All the boys in my family decided to do a lesson. They loved it!
5. Allure of the Seas Zip Line
The zip line is a highlight of the Allure of the Seas attractions. This attraction lets you fly above the Boardwalk area of the ship.
We have a bunch of adventurous kids and they were so excited to zip line!
What is the Height and Weight Limit for Zip Lining on Allure of the Seas?
You have to be a minimum of 52 inches and a minimum of 75 pounds to zipline. The maximum weight is 275 lbs to participate.
6. Allure of the Seas Mini Golf
One of the best things to do on Allure of the Seas is head to the mini golf area.
The mini-golf course is located on deck 15. This was one of the Allure of the Seas activities that my kids absolutely loved.
Our Experience
One night there was a teen mini-golf competition and a lot of the cousins and my kids jumped on the opportunity. It is so much more fun when there is a formal time to play. They were able to form teams and compete!
7. Allure of the Seas Rock Climbing Wall
The Allure of the Seas rock climbing wall is pretty impressive! The rock climbing wall is 40 feet. it seems a little higher if you are observing from the Aqua Theater!
Our Experience
Everyone in our family did this. There are courses for beginners and even harder courses for those who want a challenge.
One thing we loved was the nighttime rock climbing. On certain nights they had climbing under the stars. It was so much fun! Another night it was teen night.
You might have to wait in line. The night rock climbing happened at the same time movies under the stars was happening. So while we waited we also watched Spiderman.
8. Allure of the Seas Carousel
The Allure of the Seas carousel is beautiful and hand-crafted. There are animals like horses and zebras. You can also sit on the sleigh as it goes around and around. The carousel is included in your cruise!
Boardwalk
The carousel is located on the Boardway near the arcade. This is one of the best Allure of Seas activities for younger kids. We went on the carousel a lot!
9. Allure of the Seas Play Area
There is a play area located on the Boardway. This is such a fun area if you have younger kids.
Allure of the Seas Must Do with Kids
This is one of the Allure of the Seas activities that isn’t mentioned much but we were happy to find it! If you need to get some energy out of the little kids, head over to the Boardwalk! This is a free thing to do on Allure of the Seas!
10. Allure of the Seas Arcade
The arcade is a fun area to play a few games. Unfortunately, it does cost extra. If you pre-pay you can save money. If you do not plan ahead you can still use your Seapass and play with onboard pricing.
You will find classic games like ski ball and air hockey. There are also lots of classic video games.
11. Unlimited Ice Cream
Unlimited Ice Cream is what we live for when we cruise. There are ice cream machines located near the main swimming pools!
Our Experience
I can’t tell you how many times we stopped by the ice cream machine! We love that they are free!
This is one of our favorite things to do on Allure of the Seas and every cruise ship really!
12. Allure of the Seas Sports Court
The sports court is a happening place. There are pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and dodgeball tournaments happening all the time!
Our Experience
We learned to play pickleball! If you are interested in this be prepared because the lines are long! Pickleball is so popular!
The sports court is located near the Mexican restaurant. It is actually a really nice area to relax and watch the games. We did this on more than one occasion.
13. Allure of the Seas Running Track
One of the most important things to do on the Allure of the Seas is the running track.
We love to run. We usually get up early and hit the track. We also use the track after dinner every night.
There is so much food on a cruise ship we make sure to walk it off! In fact, I didn’t even gain one pound on our last cruise!
Allure of the Seas Tips
We went on Allure of the Seas in August so it was hot and humid! One thing about running on the track is that the wind felt so good on at least one side of the ship!
14. Shopping on Allure of the Seas
Can I just say Flash Sale!? During our cruise on Allure of the Seas there were a few flash sales where you could purchase some fun cruise gifts and souvenirs for inexpensive prices. There were shirts and accessories at the flash sale.
One of our favorite Allure of the Seas activities was shopping! We stopped by a few of the stores and the exciting part is that they were offering contests and giveaways.
Our Experience
We entered (all 22 of us) to win at the jewelry store and one of our family members won, unfortunately, she wasn’t there when they called her name. We had to enter the next day too!
The person who won the next day was so kind and shared her winnings with my niece!
15. Allure of the Seas Karaoke
I wish I could sing! Luckily, almost all of my nieces and nephews have been blessed with beautiful pitch-perfect voices.
It was so fun watching them get up in front of everyone and sing! There is a Karaoke spot where you can sign up and perform.
Allure of the Seas Tips
An Allure of the Seas tip for Karaoke is that it can take hours to “be up” Put your name on the list and come back closer to when you will actually be able to sing.
16. Trivia Games
Trivia games are where it is at! There are so many fun options on Allure of the Seas. It is one of the best Allure of the Seas activities to add to your list.
Our Experience
We loved doing Harry Potter, Star Wars, Disney, and so many more! We also did a few sudoku games. One thing I love about the trivia is the employees who ask the questions. They are so funny!
It really is one of the best things to do on Allure of the Seas if you have some time to kill!
17. Allure of the Seas Ice Skating
Another amazing Allure of the Seas attraction is the ice skating rink.
This was one of our favorite activities on Allure of the Seas. Some in our group had never ice skated, some were pros. It was so fun to watch everyone!
Plan Ahead Allure of the Seas Tips
If you want to ice skating on Allure of the Seas, be sure to bring socks and pants. I don’t think you can participate without those.
Once on the cruise ship be sure to book your session as soon as you can. They fill up super fast. There were only a few times during our week on the Allure that the rink was open.
We tried to go twice but it booked up too fast! We were able to go at least once.
18. Allure of the Seas Cruise Teen Club
We had a lot of teenagers with us in our group! They definitely hit the teen club.
They were able to meet some pretty fun people. In fact, some of the people they met they actually still keep in contact with!
There are all sorts of activities in the teens club from video games to board games and trivia. They even have teen parties.
19. Allure of the Seas Kids Club - Adventure Ocean
We had some big success with the kids club. My son refused to go on our first cruise, but now we had cousins to go with!!!!
Having a friend made all the difference. The boys had so much fun! There are even themed days at the kids club.
Allure of the Seas Activities for Kids
I took a quick photo of all the activities that are available throughout the week. It isn’t the best shot but it was more for me to glance at and see what my kids would want to do.

Puppet Show
One Allure of the Seas activities that we loved was the puppet show. Both parents and kids could attend. It was a glow-in-the-dark attraction. We thought it was super cool.
20. Music Nights
Another one of my favorite things to do on the Allure of the Seas was going to the 90’s music night.
Our Experience
My husband and I snuck away and met up with my brother and his wife. We loved the music! It was from our childhood and we were having a blast! My brother is a little older and had gone to the 80s-themed night and enjoyed that one more!
We had a great time hanging out and enjoying this Allure of the Seas show!
20. Dance Parties
Hands down my favorite Allure of the Seas activity was the Hush Party or Slient Party.
They did two parties during our cruise and we went to both. The first one was out-of-this-world fun. It was outside.
How This Worked
You are given headphones with a switch that is connected to two live DJs. The headphones would turn blue or yellow depending on which station you were on.
You could watch everyone around you dance and see what music they were listening to. Even though it was silent my teenagers managed to create a mosh pit and get everyone dancing! It was awesome!
21. Take a Class
Before you get on the cruise you can book excursions or classes onboard.
We decided to book a cupcake decorating class for some of the kids. It was located inside of Ben and Jerries. The teacher was so nice and did a great job explaining.
Our Experience
I would not recommend booking this class. The cakes did not taste good and the frosting was horrible. It was not hard enough to decorate with.
The good thing about our class was that it came with a free scoop of Ben and Jerry’s.
There are lots of other classes to try such as guacamole making class, sushi making, and many more.
22-23. Hunt for Rubber Duckies/ Scavenger Hunts
One of the best things to do on Allure of the Seas is hunting for rubber duckies. We had no idea this was a thing!
But if this is your first cruise then this is important. Be sure to look for rubber duckies. People hide them throughout your time on the cruise. If you find them you get to keep them.
My kids searched for hours and had so much fun doing it! It kept them really busy!
Scavenger Hunts
Along the same lines, scavenger hunts are available during certain times. We actually printed the official scavenger hunt off and just did it with our family.
It is so fun to watch the kids run all around the ship and find everything. It is a great way to keep the kids entertained!
Allure of the Seas Entertainment
Allure of the Seas entertainment is top-notch! There are so many fun performances to check out!
We made sure to go to all the major shows offered on Allure of the Seas. These shows may change from time to time.
Allure of the Seas Tips
Be sure to book your shows ahead of time. You will be able to book the shows a few months before your cruise. If you are unable to secure a seat don’t worry, a lot of times they will let you in a few minutes before the show starts if there is room.
24. Allure of the Seas Ice Skating Show
One of the best Allure of the Seas entertainment options is the ice skating show!
This group is so talented. They put on quite a show. My favorite act was a girl who had 100 hula hoops on while she skated. It was incredible. There was a guy that literally did backhand springs on ice skates!
There are usually two times a day a few days a week that the ice skating show is available. This was one of my favorite Allure of the Seas entertainment options.
25. Allure of the Seas Aqua Show
The Allure of the Seas Cruise Aqua show is one you will not want to miss.
The performers in this show are incredibly talented. A lot of them actually are world-renowned divers and acrobats, synchronized swimmers, and even have competed and performed in major competitions.
Our Experience
The show was awesome! We had seen the Aqua Show on Oasis and it was okay but the show on Allure of the Seas was AMAZING!
26. Allure of the Seas Broadway Show
Usually, I am all about a Broadway show but the selection when we went on the Allure of the Seas was Mama Mia.
Don’t get me wrong the actors were phenomenal but this was not a family show. It was horrible, very explicit. It was so bad that I was having to cover my kid’s eyes and walk out!
I had seen the movie and this show made that look like a kid’s show!
Hopefully, when you go on Allure of the Seas they will have a better Broadway selection that is more family-friendly.
27. OceanAria Blue Planet
There was a show called Blue Planet. We weren’t sure exactly what this would be like. We found it to be really weird.
The actors were great and the singing was perfect. The content was clean but the plot was hard to follow.
We didn’t mind watching but felt pretty confused after watching!
28. Allure of the Seas Parade
One of the first things to do on Allure of the Seas we experienced was the Parade. The Parade is awesome!
Our Experience
The parade was really cool! It is located on the main promenade. It is a trip through time, with pirates, colonials, and different cultures.
We loved it! Very entertaining and fantastic kid-friendly allure of the seas activity.
29-30. Casino, Comedy Club, Adult Allure of the Seas Entertainment
There are lots of Allure of the Seas entertainment options for adults.
The casino is located right across from the main dining and the comedy clubs are one floor below that.
Our Experience
We tend to stay away from these types of activities. Some people love them but with kids, they are not at the top of our list.
Just a side note, the casino smells so strongly of smoke that it penetrated the main dining area. As we went to dinner each night it was hard to breathe as we walked in.
31. Kids Carnival
Towards the end of our cruise, there was a kids carnival on the Boardwalk. They had free cupcakes and games.
They had games you could get tickets and put them in for a drawing. You could play the games as many times as you wanted.
There was also cotton candy that you could purchase. I am not sure if they do this on every cruise but this was one of the top things to do on Allure of the Seas with kids!

I love planning out everything for a trip. Cruises are one of the easiest vacations to plan. We love all of the Allure of the Sea activities!

I played for the first time!
The Allure of the Seas looks like an amazing boat to cruise on with kids. Constant vacation entertainment for the younger set.
It is a good family cruise. There are lots for kids and teens but also nice areas to relax.
Wow, I didn’t realize just how many things there are to do on a Cruise. The zipline looks really fun! I haven’t been on a cruise before, so I am hoping to soon and this looks like a great option.
